Description
A compact insertion thermal mass flow meter for air, compressed air, and nitrogen, with no moving parts and equal-mass RTD sensing.
Installation and outputs
- Compression-fitting process connection in ½-inch or ¾-inch NPT.
- Integral or remote transmitter configurations with an IP67 enclosure.
- Two 4–20 mA outputs provide flow and temperature; optional 500 Hz totalizer output and local LCD.
Performance and applications
- Flow range 0.75–400 sfps; turndown up to 100:1.
- Standard accuracy: ±2% reading plus ±0.5% full scale; optional ±1% reading plus ±0.5% full scale.
- ±0.5% reading repeatability.
- Useful for aeration, combustion air, HVAC, blowers, dryers, and compressed-air distribution.
- Select probe length and connection for the actual pipe and service conditions.
