A modular 316 stainless-steel flow-through fitting for up to three pH/ORP, conductivity, or oxygen sensors in a process stream or sample loop.
Configuration
- Large flow passages and built-in cleaning nozzles support contaminated media.
- Process options include DN 25, G ¼-inch, DN 25 flange, and ANSI 1-inch connections.
- Flow arrangements include 90°, staggered 180°, or 180° with a cleaning system.
- Sensor adapters also support temperature measurement.
- Optional protective cap includes an electrolyte reservoir for refillable pH sensors; a calibration beaker supports pH and conductivity calibration.
Applications
- Ultrapure water, SWAS retrofits, polluted process media, cooling/drinking water, and trace oxygen in boiler feedwater.
