System components

• Digital sensor, Protos transmitter, Unical 9000 electro-pneumatic controller, and compatible SensoGate or Ceramat retractable holder.
• Modular choices cover materials, process connections, immersion lengths, and appropriate hazardous-area configurations.

Cleaning, calibration, and storage

• 360° cyclone rinsing uses water, cleaning chemicals, or compatible solvents to remove deposits.
• At programmed intervals, buffer solutions enter the calibration chamber and the transmitter checks and adjusts the sensor response.
• In aggressive or abrasive processes, the sensor can enter the process temporarily and remain protected in the chamber between measurements.
