Description
Insertion multipoint gas-flow meters for large pipes, stacks, flues, and rectangular ducts. Up to eight sensing points are averaged to address distorted flow profiles and limited straight runs.
Measurement and construction
- No moving parts or flow-obstructing orifices.
- Flow range 0.25–1,000 sfps under specified air conditions.
- Flow accuracy: ±1.75% reading plus ±0.5% full scale; repeatability: ±0.5% reading.
- Selected sensor versions operate to 850°F (454°C).
Electronics and options
- Dual 4–20 mA, HART, and Modbus; optional Foundation Fieldbus or PROFIBUS.
- Graphical touchscreen display, data logging, and calibration self-checks.
- Corrosion-resistant stainless-steel transmitter enclosure.
- Optional CEMS/AMS configurations address EPA monitoring and EN15267 QAL1 requirements.
