Description
A low-flow switch and monitor for gas and liquid analyzer sample systems, installed through a tube tee or SP76/NeSSI manifold.
Design and service
- Thermal dispersion sensing with no moving parts, cavities, or dead legs to trap samples.
- 316L wetted construction with Hastelloy C-22 sensor tips; optional all-Hastelloy probe.
- Integral or remote electronics configurations.
Operation and selected specifications
- Ten-LED display shows flow trend and trip status.
- Pushbutton or RS232C configuration; relay or open-collector switching with 4–20 mA trending output.
- ±0.5% reading repeatability; turndown up to 100:1.
- Standard process temperature −40 to 250°F; remote high-temperature option to 500°F.
- 24 VDC power; manufacturer lists SIL 2 compliance.
