A VORTAB insertion sleeve that reduces disturbed flow profiles while minimizing pressure loss in piping and ducts.
Materials and installation
- For compatible gases, liquids, and slurries.
- 316L stainless steel, carbon steel, Hastelloy C, and other material options.
- Customer-specified internal diameters from 0.87–48 inches.
- Field-welded or captured-flange mounting; length of three pipe diameters.
Applications
- Limited straight runs, temperature/pressure stratification, and consistent profiles for meters or test benches.
- Conditioning ahead of control valves, blowers, compressors, burners, and other process equipment.
