Description
A pneumatic immersion-style retractable holder for 225 mm pH, ORP, conductivity, and oxygen sensors. Unical and Uniclean integration enables automated cleaning and calibration. Insertion lengths span 600–2,000 mm; a bail handle allows chain suspension into pits or basins.
Process isolation and operator protection
- Rotating ceramic disks isolate the calibration chamber and resist chemical, thermal, and mechanical stress.
- Sensor removal is limited to the service position; insertion protection blocks movement without a sensor.
Maintenance and system integration
- Modular construction allows drive removal for service during ongoing operation.
- Scraping and 360° cyclone rinsing help clean the sensor and reduce exposure to process media.
- A combined media adapter links cleaning/calibration liquids, air, and position functions.
