Description
A compact insertion flow switch and trend monitor for liquid, air, and gas service in pipes at least ½ inch in diameter and square ducts.
Switching and indication
- Field-set high/low trip point with adjustable hysteresis and delay.
- 1 A SPDT relay and 4–20 mA trending output; the trend signal is uncalibrated.
- Ten-segment LED array indicates relative flow and flashes at the trip point.
- Setup via pushbuttons or RS232C.
Construction and specifications
- 316L stainless steel with Hastelloy C-22 thermowells.
- Process temperatures from −40 to 250°F (−40 to 121°C), subject to fitting limits.
- ±0.5% reading repeatability; 24 VDC supply.
- SIL 2 compliance and optional Division 2/Zone 2 configurations.
Applications
- Cooling/lubricant flow assurance, ventilation, purge verification, leaks, chemical injection, and filter monitoring.
