Description
A compact thermal mass flow meter for air and compressed air, with direct mass-flow measurement and no moving parts.
Outputs and setup
- Linearized calibrated 4–20 mA output and a programmable 1 A SPDT flow-alarm relay.
- Ten-LED array provides local indication.
- PC/serial setup and M12 or cable-gland connections.
- SIL 2 compliance; optional Division 2/Zone 2 configurations.
Installation and selected specifications
- Inline 1-inch and 2-inch female-NPT tees or insertion through a ½-inch male-NPT compression fitting.
- Flow accuracy: ±1.5% reading plus ±0.5% full scale; repeatability: ±0.5% reading.
- 316L stainless-steel flow element with Hastelloy C-22 thermowells.
- Process temperatures −40 to 250°F, subject to ferrule limits.

- Ventilation, compressed-air leakage, packaging equipment, clean rooms, and burner/boiler intake air.
